Unexplained infertility, elevated FSH (acupuncture only): Lisa helped us conceive twice. In 2009, after a year of unexplained infertility, we got pregnant after just a few treatments with Lisa. This winter I was diagnosed with high FSH levels and my pregnancy possibilities were not looking good, but after a few months of treatment we became pregnant again.

Hormonal issues: I started coming to Lisa about two months ago to address some hormonal issues I was having after coming off the birth control pill several months before. I was seeking a natural treatment that didn’t involve my going to a doctor and being treated using Western medicine (they would have likely recommended I go back on birth control). A family member had recommended acupuncture to me after her positive experience for the same type of issues.
I noticed changes after the first couple of sessions and they only continue to get better. I am in full recovery mode right now and it happened much faster than I would have thought.

Tennis Elbow, Achilles Tendinitis and Sleep Trouble: I came to Lisa with tennis elbow, Achilles tendinitis, and sleep trouble. The first thing Lisa did, even before the diagnosis, was strongly suggest that I rest for the two weeks of treatment. No running. No weight lifting. No pickle ball. As my injuries were the result of overuse, and I wanted the treatment to work, I listened.
It’s been a little more than a month since my sessions and I’m thrilled that I feel much better. I’m back to my regular activities but this time with a little moderation. My sleep is even better!

Cystitis: I first started working with Lisa Bernazani when my son was diagnosed with a life-threatening, chronic illness that requires constant vigilance. I was emotionally and physically exhausted, and I was losing my fight with interstitial cystitis, a type of bladder inflammation that Western medicine has not been able to treat effectively.
After a few months of treatment, the cystitis is essentially gone. More important, my "vitality" is returning, despite the ongoing external stress of my son's condition. Lisa helped to restore the sense of possibility in my life. I am amazed and deeply grateful.
